Atletico Madrid have reportedly held talks with Chelsea over signing midfielder Conor Gallagher this summer.

According to , the Spanish side have had discussions with Chelsea about signing the England international, who is out of contract next summer. The report adds the 24-year-old has not been offered a new deal and Tottenham, Aston Villa and more are still interested in the ex-Crystal Palace loanee.

According to , Atletico made an initial offer worth €20 million (£17m/$22m) but have been told by Chelsea that they will have to increase that offer as the Blues are pushing for closer to double that figure for the 24-year-old.
