The clubs, whether they ply in top divisions or the lower leagues, try to outdo each other when it comes to making an announcement of a big name.

From Alexis Sanchez playing Manchester United's famous theme song on the piano to a drone unveiling Lionel Messi at PSG, we have seen some of the best transfer announcements by the top European sides.

In 2019, Italian club AS Roma started a Missing Children Campaign through their transfer announcement videos where the club, with each player announcement, released a video featuring the faces and details of a number of children who went missing.

Seven missing children have been found so far thanks to this incredible campaign launched by the Serie A side.

Alexis Sanchez was unveiled by Manchester United in 2018 in a unique manner where the Chilean was seen playing the club's theme song 'Glory Glory Man United' on a piano and then stepping inside the Old Trafford pitch wearing the club's jersey.

Date: August 11, 2021

The most talked-about transfer in 2021 was Lionel Messi joining PSG from FC Barcelona. The French club left no stones unturned to unveil the Argentine at the club and they chose to do so with a drone which was seen in the announcement video. The drone took a tour of the entire club and lastly showed Lionel Messi at the centre of the pitch wearing PSG kit.
